Re-Listing in the Local REALTOR® Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for 6 months Realtor.Com, AOL, Wall Street Journal, MSN, and more. This fee is charged after your listing has been "Withdrawn, Expired, Cancelled, or removed from the MLS from the broker. In accordance with your listing agreement, please keep us updated, for the fines our brokerage incurs range from $100-$500 dollars per incident or inaccuracy that gets reported to the MLS. Reports of inaccurate data come from the general public and realtors. The MLS also continuously audits listings all types of violations. This notice was sent to you every 10 days to assist you in keeping us abreast of the following statuses you are required to report. MLS staff as well as Realtors® report yard sign violations. Please ensure that you do not have any FSBO signs in your yard. It is also important to note that these fines are passed on to you, according to your contract, if it is due to failure on your part to notify us accordingly.
